what do i need to get started in fly tying?
I need it to be under $100.00 if you can please for Bass Panfish and Trout i have a fly rod and reel already set up.
i have my eye on a $50.00 kit is that okey?
You can buy kits with everything needed from lots of sources for under $50.00, but to effectively know how to tie flies, a knowledge of Entomology (the study of insects) is necessary otherwise you won't have any idea of what a bug is actually supposed to look and act like. Fly tyeing is after all imitating natural insects/baits that certain feed on.
