Putting a Supercharger on A 3000GT VR-4 1999?

I am planing out a 3000GT VR-4 build, I'm looking to put a Supercharger in a series configuration, and reset the turbo chargers to feed the engine in Parallel. Using the same premise of Twin-charging. The Super Charger Spools the Turbos, and the Turbos feed the engine, The turbo will have a kill switch and dump valve for when the Turbos are up to speed. Now my question is, can I pull this off, how would I do it, and lastly, what would be the Largest Turbos and Supercharger I could fit in this beast and still keep it street legal?

In all honesty, having a super feed a turbo is not really a good idea. the supercharger's boost is directly related to engine speed, and the turbos boost is directly related to how much exhaust is driving it. Therefore, if the turbos are spooled up they will be applying a vacuum to the single supercharger, which just won't be able to keep up with the massive demands of two turbos, and your motor will run very lean which can cause serious damage.

It's much better to run the turbos in parallel (after intercooling) into the supercharger. The turbos will build the boost, and the supercharger will then compound the boost. Keep in mind though this will only happen under load (full throttle). The turbos will let air flow through them very easily under partial throttle loads, and the supercharger will provide the boost. That's why turbos are more commonly used: they only provide the boost when they need to, otherwise the motor acts as though it is naturally aspirated.
Under full throttle conditions, the benefits of dual charging become apparent as the supercharger provides a small amount of boost in the low RPM range giving you a welcome torque boost, and then once the turbos kick in the supercharger compresses the air further to provide INSANE boost.

A good example of this was in Mustang and Fast Fords magazine a while back. They took a stock Mustang SVT Cobra, left the roots style supercharger on, and ran twin turbos into the supercharger. Keep in mind they ran both Turbonetics brand turbochargers at 25 psi, and intercooled them before the boost pressure was fed into the supercharger. Once it went through the supercharger though, it produced an absolutely MASSIVE 42 PSI of boost! They had to install larger fuel injectors to keep up with the engine's thirst, but produced an AMAZING 1,081 HP!!!!! The car had so much power, it kept spinning the tires while on the dyno!
