painting over kitchen countertop?
my kitchen countertop is not looking its best but i have not the money to replace it any ideas is there a kind of paint you can use? the colour is slate gray and the front is rounded

PS: if you do the preparation, painting and sealing process properly, it will not peel or blister. Select products that were made especially for kitchen countertops, that way it will be safe to put food on it. (Lowes carries this kind of paint).
Don't just buy any cheap oil paint, some might contain ingredients that are not safe to get in contact with your food.
