What would be a better rod for these fishing conditions?

Number 1 and 2 and spinning reels, while number 3 is fly fishing.
Seeing as your local I'll first tell you to visit the forum at http://www.fishingsaskatchewan.ca/new/forum/ lots of great info for Boundary. As for your choices, going by whats listed on the website I don't see much difference in the 2 spinning reels, I would suggest for a beginner 8lb test line, other then that goto a physical tackle shop and check out some of the basic equipment. I have never fly fished but always wanted to try.
