Frequent pins and needles and numbness?
I am 15 and have been to my GP, had blood tests and been seen a speciallist but they can not find what is wrong .It all started with pins and needles in my hands and feet followed by numbness, it is not because I restrict blood flow but happens only when I stop moving or when I rest. The pins and needles gradually get worse and the numbness is to the extent where I can I am able to bend my fingers backwards and feel no pain. I have had this problem for about two years no and has generally gotten worse, I mean they come more often and the pain is getting worse. Just today my left hand started feeling achy for a minute, especially at the centre of my palm and then it went cold and now 2 hours later my left and right hand are feeling achy but the left one is more achy. I now have pins and needles in my right foot just as I am writing this! I have aneamia if that is of any help
I am going to see my GP again because this is getting me really worried now.

its probably caused by stress, anxiety and fear, this causes the fight or flight response to restrict bloodflow to the areas you mention.
its to restrict bleeding when you get cut fighting the sabre tooth tiger, its a survival thing built into us all but stress is triggering it for you
so you need to learn new and better ways to relax and reduce your anxiety, etc. start with deep slow breathing, tensing and relaxing the muscles, walks, gym, massage, hot tubs, jacuzzi, etc and stop worrying
