Need help with Linux Ubuntu internet connection!?
Hey, we just had a problem at home with our internet connection where we had to alter our DNS settings in order to hook our computers up online. This has worked fine for 2 PCs, a MacBook, and the Xbox 360. However, my brother uses a Linux Ubuntu Hardy Heron 8.10 and we cannot figure out how to change the DNS settings. Does anybody know?
The DNS settings are in the network settings manager, under the connection you want to use.
Unlock the panel, enter the connection settings, and add DNS servers.
